Mechanical Seal

Mechanical Seal are the devices that are used to join two parts together in between which the fluids are passing and to prevent the leakage of this liquid which results in constant pressure and volume distribution throughout the system. These are mainly used in industrial devices like pumps, compressors and many other where a rotating shaft protruding into a wetted process is likely to have continuous and rigorous duty. Mechanical seals are especially designed to reduce the wearing of the material parts in contact to provide a longer service life. These can also be used in various other applications such as automobiles, ships, industrial plant equipment as well as in many residential devices.
